We are a a youth-led chapter of Smile Train. We work to raise awareness about cleft lip and cleft palate while fundraising to support safe, life-changing cleft care around the world. All proceeds raised by our organization are donated directly to Smile Train.

Led by students from schools across Maryland, we believe young people have the power to make a real difference. Through education, advocacy, and community action, we aim to break stigma, spread understanding, and help ensure that every child has the chance to smile with confidence.

Our Purpose

When do I get my service hours?

Service hours are provided every semester. If you need them sooner, just let us know and we can get them to you right away.

Can I get involved if I live outside of Maryland or participate online?

Absolutely! Many of our meetings and activities are held virtually, so you can get involved from anywhere. Upcoming leadership roles may also not require Maryland residency, giving students outside the state the chance to contribute and make an impact.

How much time do I need to commit?

That’s flexible! Some students help occasionally with events, while others take on larger roles. You can get involved in a way that fits your schedule.

Can I start a chapter at my school?
